UNITED NATIONS HEADQUARTERS.
I had the opportunity to attend a tour of the United Nations Headquarters in New York City at the time the only meeting that was on-going was a meeting in the General Assembly hall, at that point in time I would be standing in a room with nationals from all countries of the world working together to ensure peace.
SANTA FE BK
I got to interview John Waterberg owner of Santa Fe BK, Located in Brooklyn, NY he explained to me how he had arrived to NYC in 2001 and had been a native New Mexican his favorite local New Mexican restaurant was Golden Pride and loved New Mexican food and culture, He attended school in Colorado and met his wife in Milwaukee and settled down in New York City where to this day continues to serve New Yorkers with local New Mexican cuisine.
